Enjoyed by all overall
Positive: Excellent location. Small block 3 units.
Close to beach and restaurants/clubs.
Negative: Noisy neighbours talking at 5am
Appeared to be permanent tenant in rear unit with very loud tv/talking.
Parking a bit difficult for larger car.
